(1) I am NEW to Eyedock, how do I register for a student or faculty EyeDock PRO account?
Follow the directions carefully to ensure that your account is validated.
- Go to the Create an Account page and fill out your contact information.
- Under the practice name, enter your school/ graduation year, e.g. “ICO 2024” or Faculty should enter, e.g “ICO faculty”.
- Enter your unique school coupon code (will be emailed out) provided for the year
Your account will automatically have a “1 Year Pro - Student/Faculty Subscription”
(2) How do I renew my EXISTING student or faculty EyeDock account?
Follow the directions carefully to ensure that your account is validated.
- Go to the Student/Faculty Sign-up/Renewal
- TOP: If you already have an account on our website, please LOG IN to continue
- Fill out your name (first/last)
- Under the practice name, enter your school/ graduation year, e.g. “ICO 2024”. Faculty should enter “ICO faculty”.
- Enter your unique school coupon code provided for the year
- Your account will automatically have a “1 Year Pro - Student/Faculty Subscription”
- Note: If you have any existing 1-year promo/subscription, the current trial period will expire first, before the current one begins.
(3) Can I share these Code/instructions with someone at another optometry school?
We encourage you to tell your friends about EyeDock. However, the registration instructions and coupon code are specific to your school. There are a limited number of user registrations in the system for the coupon code. If we discover that you are NOT a student or faculty member at the designated school or the free access is being abused in any way, we will disable your account and reserve the right to remove all access for that specific school.
